Black Girls Behind Music aims to identify young black women in marginalized city markets who aspire to be in the business. BGBM’s focus is to prepare each mentee with the necessary skill sets for career readiness through mentorship, network expansion and education. BGBM is a free program that runs parallel with the academic school year.
